William Dushenski

William Dushenski shares a valued, common sense approach to real estate law and related litigation with his clients. He also maintains a personal injury practice, which allows him to assist clients involved in the most severe injuries including estate claims. He is a past program Director and Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Civil Litigation Section in which he continues to be active. He is also a member of the Real Estate, Construction Law, and Insurance Sections. Mr. Dushenski has appeared in trial and Appeal Courts throughout Alberta and the NWT.

Mr. Dushenski is a retired Captain in the Canadian Forces Reserve, Judge Advocate General where he conducted Courts Martial and summary investigations. Focused on his community, he also participated in the Big Brothers School mentor program. Mr. Dushenski was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1977.
